Originally the item came with 1 missing part, but even before I contacted the seller I got a note from them asking if the order was OK, when I mentioned the missing parte they inmediatly sent me a replacement which arrived exactly as described.Great support and item works as advertised

I haven’t used this long, but so far, so good. Cap screws holding height adjustment mechanism weren’t good fit and I had to replace them.. There were no instructions, and some simple diagrams for set-up would have been beneficial.
