This small positional change means a better elbow bend while riding which leads to more relaxed shoulder for lessened muscle tension. Also, means better control while standing on the foot pegs under off-road / uneven conditions.

This 6-footer with a longer torso guy was having hand pain with the positioning of the BMW R1200GS handle bars. These Risers, as described, set the bars approximately 1.5 inches higher and 1 inch back yielding a surprisingly more comfortable riding position and eliminated hand pain.Installation was super easy. I did not have to re-route wiring or cables. I did have to cut and re-mount zip ties to allow a pinch more room.EXCEPTIONALLY surprised and happy what these Risers accomplished. I was toying with selling the bike. Now I can’t wait to ride the bike nor stop riding it. 😁Tks to Rox and Amazon!!!!!!👍
