This coat is okay, but very basic. Nothing about it stands out. It is lightweight, so good for summer rains. It is waterproof and the fit is okay. The black is a standard black, maybe a bit ashy. The style is basic, so you should be able to pair it with most non-dressy outfits. This coat would be perfect to leave in your car for emergencies. It does what it should, so if you want just a basic coat, this will work.

This is such a great jacket!! It fits comfortably - it doesn't pull tight across the arms or the chest. It has a double zipper, so you can keep it zipped at he waist but unzipped at the hips and neck, or wherever is comfortable. Also, this is about as flattering as a jacket can be on my plus-size frame. This isn't super warm, but it's more than a windbreaker. It can be worn comfortably in most cool or cold weather.

Very nice Spring/Fall coat. It has some weight to it so it's not for Summer but it's not Winter warm. I haven't worn it in the rain but I can tell it's the type of fabric water would repel from. It has draw strings at the waist on the inside which gives it some shape. It's a pretty basic coat other wise so the drawstring waist and high collar are what give it some style.I sized up because I have a large chest and I'm not sure I needed to do that. The problem is that by sizing up the sleeves are incredibly long. I'm talking like 3-1/2" too long. So, they will need to be tacked up or taken up before wearing it. I'm 5'4" tall for reference.

This is a simple designed rain jacket that looks nice and keeps you comfy on rainy days. I got the navy blue color in XXlarge and it fits great. It has plenty of pockets and you can cinch the waist for a more flattering looks. This coat has been great for spring days even when there's no rain in the forecast. Highly recommend!

This jacket is of medium weight so will be perfect for chilly days. Water beads up and rolls right off. The sleeves are long enough but they don’t have elastic or a way to cinch the wrist to keep rain off your arms. Zippered pockets are comfortable for their angle and depth. Love the inner breast pocket. Love the inner waist-cinching band, so you can give your look more shape. The length is great because it covers the bum and keeps you that much warmer and dryer, and the back side is a little bit longer to accomodate the bum. The fabric and liner are both quality fabrics. I think the sizing is generous because I had plenty of room in my xxl. This is a good buy and I would recommend it.

It took over a month to receive this jacket but it is so worth it. It is a beautiful dark plum color, has a professional look, and looks like a rain jacket and not a winter coat. It offers double zipper ends to allow unzipping the bottom for sitting comfort or midriff opening. The outer pockets are large, on the slant, and zippered, and an inside pocket is large to accommodate a cell phone or flat wallet without showing. The jacket has a straight design with inside toggles to shape it to your preference. The hood is attached, however, easy to wear on top of head or pull forward to shield eyes, and zips to create coverage over chin if you want. Very well designed and sewn, attractive. Length great for tall person, when wearing a dress, and for professional wear. I received just after a storm so I couldn't test the rain factor but it worked great with today's winds without heating me up. Love it.

Ordered 1-21-2025Received 2-22-2025That is just a side note on this jacket taking over a month to arriveIt is definitely not Underarmour, Columbia or North Face; however, an Underarmour Jacketnew and with the same features is over twice the price of this jacket. Beyond that, the other 2 brand names are even more expensive.There is no Thinsulate lining unlike the brand names mentioned above. The manufacturer states there is a “web” lining but it really seems to be just a heavy, good quality polyester lining.This jacket does have many great features. The hood pulls tightly around your face and the jacket zips all the way to the top of your neck. I love that. Great for when you get caught in the rain.2 zippered pockets on the outside which will protect your items from rain or simply falling out.1 large open top pocket on the inside to also protect valuable items.I have been outside today, mostly to supervise dogs playing, it has been in the high 30s and this jacket, over a short sleeve dress has really been warm enough.It is water repellent, no water has gotten through and we have had some light rain.Overall; I can recommend this jacket.Addition to above:As others have said, I did order a size up so that I could layer this jacket over a heavy sweater. It is a very good thing that I did.Today it is in the 40s but with high winds, wind chill factor taking temperatures down into the 20s and some intermittent fairly heavy rain.I wore this jacket outside over a heavy long sleeve shirt and I was REALLY cold, wind coming in around the sleeves, etc making it worse. I couldn’t stop shaking.On the positive side, when a fairly heavy rain started, I zipped the jacket all the way up and used the hood and can now attest to it being waterproof.I put a heavy sweater under this and went back out to supervise our dogs.I would have actually changed into my North Face but I am in the process of moving back to my home from an assisted living apartment and that jacket is there.At least this jacket is waterproof, which is a definite plus.
