This is easy to use and heats up fast. My only complaint is it takes a long time to cool off.

I paid the extra few dollars to get this model instead of the basic RS laminator because of the faster warm-up time. It heats up within a minute, instead of 3-5 minutes, and also laminates cold plus 2 levels of heat. This flexibility is worth the extra 8 dollars. So far, I have foiled and laminated with it with no issues. There is a warm heating, plastic smell, but it is very subtle. I may not even have noticed it, but because of some of the reviews here, I was looking for it. My room is a very small, 10 x 12 room, with no windows, so any smoking or bad smell would be immediately noticeable and intolerable. Very happy with this so far, hope it lasts me a long time!

Si funciona con las micas adecuadas, aún no pude hacerla funcionar para foil, no soy experta en el tema y la calidad es muy baja, parece que no pero si funciona para laminar holográfico con una carpeta casera(utilizando la parte de atrás del papel adehesivo de Barrilito, para forrar libretas). Para que funcione bien y no maltrate la hoja debe de tener el alambre (soporte) de la parte trasera. Lo primero que hago para que no arrugue tanto es pasarlo en frío para que aplane y después laminarlo en caliente. Es cierto que huele a quemado pero solo en la laminación de 5... En la de tres casi no huele a quemado.

No me gustó no calienta lo suficiente y no enmicada bien. Se apaga a los 30 minutos y tienes que dejar que se enfríe para volverla a encender

This little machine works great! Heats up fast! It’s just a great value for your money! My granddaughter wanted us to laminate leaves so we did. It did a great job!!

This is a great laminator but I sent it back and ordered the 12" laminator so I can now use 12" cardstock and laminate it. Thanks
