These are not double dutch length. I bought them for an event for my Girl Guide troop and we were so excited to try them out. Unfortunately they are simply long, single person skipping ropes, not for games.

First, the jump ropes are very stiff and wavy from being in the package. They did not ever straighen out. On the first day of use, a handle broke, though that is common.On the 5th day of use, two of the four ropes BROKE IN HALF! Kids were supervised, using them correctly and there was no abuse or misuse of the jump ropes - just poor quality.I ordered a set of red and a set of blue.

These ropes are only around 9 feet long and could not be used for double dutch. The rope itself is very light weight and thin so ileven if it were long enough, they wouldn't be good.

I really love this rope. It rotates with in the handle to help with fatigue turning. My only complaint is that I ordered gold and we jump at dusk and my old eyes can't follow the rope as easily once the light is low.

I bought these for my students to use during their recess breaks. Shockingly, children just don't seem to know how to skip anymore, yet it was the main part of my recess breaks growing up. These ropes are much easier to turn than the heavy ropes we have at our school, so they are great for beginners.

These ropes are supposed to be 14ft long but they’re only about 9ft long and can’t be used for double dutch. There is also no storage bag included. Also, the ones I got don’t feel like a good weight for double dutch.

Perfect quality jump ropes - just like I remember them from my childhood. I personally find that rope or beaded ones are very poor quality and performance. Happy to report these are the real deal! I first purchase a set for a non-profit I work for, then loved them so much I bought a set for my kids's personal use at home.
