I ordered the 12 pack for $52.50 was billed $52.50 and only received 1 16 oz bottle.

It's gotten harder and harder to get waterbed supplies locally, so I am very grateful that Amazon carries RPS and other supplies.As anyone with a waterbed could tell you, over time you get bubbles of air/gas that contribute to a annoying sloshing, especially with a full motion waterbed like I have. Waterbed conditioner reduces that buildup.But that's not all a good product does. It helps maintain the plastic of the waterbed mattress so it does not become stiff and prone to leaks.My mattress is still supple and soft so I think the plasticizers and vinyl preservative may be doing their job.Since I began using the RPS waterbed conditioner air in the mattress has been greatly reduced. I need to "burp" my bed much less often now. As it's one of my least favorite chores that's a blessing!For making my life a little nicer RPS gets 5 stars! Hope this helps someone.

This is the second time I have ordered the conditioner and I am well pleased with it. I will probably be ordering it again,
