How to use？
1. Connect the cable to Camera and Stabilizer
2. Turn on the stabilizer and select specified camera in the setting
3. Switch on the camera
4. If not work, re-start the stabilizer first and turn on the camera
5. When using a lens without the Power Zoom function, please activate the camera's digital zoom function to control the digital Zoom.
Specific setting method: Select menu--select settings--select zoom settings--select digital zoom.
6. Notice: When you connect the cable to your camera, Set the "USB Connection" function of the camera to "Computer Remote". The specific setting method is as follows:
Select "menu"-Select "Settings" - select "USB connection"-- select "computer remote control”.
How to operate (Press the red button on the stabilizer)
1. Focus: half-press of the red button to activate focus
2. Shoot: Press the red button for 2 seconds means photography one time
3. Making video: click red button and then let go on the stabilizer to start recording

The cable plugs into the camera the wrong direction, but other than that it works very well. It’s pretty expensive, but compared to the original, it’s worth it. Would recommend.

Recently bought a Dj Ronin gimbal for my Sony A7RII, however, the only way to control the camera is with a multi usb to Micro C cable. I had an extra one lying around and was giving my camera a “preparation of test..” error. Ordered this one and it worked!!

I purchased this cable after I realized the DJI RS3 Pro only comes with USB-C cables, and doesn't include the previous generation Sony Multi cable. What i've learned is that the Sony A7S3 can use either the Multi Port for limited functionality with the ronin ecosystem (doesn't offer ISO/Aputure/Zoom functionality through that port), or use the USC-C port for complete functionality. DJI are including the USB-C cables to offer maximum camera control, but I wanted to use the Multi port of the A7S3 because we wanted to use the Monitor+ app to view the camera remotely. If you use the USB-C port of the camera, it requires you turn off the wireless connectivity function. Having a tablet with the Monitor+ app meant we needed to use the Multi cable. This cable arrived right on time, and worked like a charm. Reliably connected to the gimbal, but we did discover that it does not charge the camera, it only passes data.

Just for the Ronin SC. And Sony cameras. But this is the correct cable to make it all work together. It’s well made and I’m glad this company stepped up to make it since DJI has been out of stock forever.

This product does not work for this pairing as it was advertised; Sony A7III and DJI RS2.The cable is the correct length and fits in properly but it doesn’t control the camera at all.

The cable was good and worked well except if you need the hdmi port on the Sony a6600. The multi cable will block the hdmi port. My use case is to use with the DJI Ronin SC2 gimbal with RavenEye and unfortunately this cable didn’t work for it.
