Rad Bikes use the common 1 1/8" fork, so no issues with the fit. This fork does raise the bike up a bit as the fork stanchions are a bit taller (just because it's a suspension fork), so I'll go back and cut the fork down about 1/2", but i don't think that's critical as the fit is pretty good. Currently, I'll have to replace the front brake cable as it's too short to accommodate suspension forks, however this is pretty easy to do.The rebound is seems to work best dialed all the way to faster rebound. The lock out works fine, but the forks are stiff so don't see that being used.I've been riding MTBs for years, so very familiar with high end suspension forks, so for me it was a gamble to only spend $150 on these forks (because you get what you pay for). But, this is my daughter's bike and I wanted to smooth out the road for her which makes riding safer.I've ridden the bike and it does soak up the bumps and is a very decent fork.I'd buy these again and would recommend these to friends looking to get rid of the stock fixed forks.

I’ve tried so many different brand longer travel spring and air forks for my Sondors Fold X & all of them eventually freeze up with stiction over time as well as jack up the front end of the bike so much that the geometry gets thrown off and the whole bike wants to wheelie everytime the throttle is applied. This is the 1st fork I’ve found that doesn’t lift the front end up too much higher than stock AND also has an incredibly plush ride for the limited amount of travel it does have. Highly recommended for pretty much any fat tire 20” ebike!

The forks fit fantasy They are built with excellent quality. This is just a sample. Waiting for the extension to put on top . The entire bike will be stripped down and painted black I have all new parts including rims and wheels it will be a 9 speed instead of a 7 speed and a bafang 1000 watt high performance middrive

this shock is perfect for the new 4inch fat tire ebikes on the market. it performs great and can be adjusted to riders weight. the price is at the very low end of the market and my bike shop charged me forty five dollars to install it. great performance at a great price.

I have this fork on my Jupiter Defiant and I love it! No more numb hands from the bumps on the trails. ONLY try this modification if you're mechanically qualified and you have the right tools! Disassemble the factory headset, taking lots of pictures and notes. Cut the shaft to the EXACT length so it comes out flush like the original did. Get a 1-1/8" headset kit like ASIN B08P4LWMDL. Look at everything very carefully, and evaluate what you need to do before starting. Assemble the headset parts you need from the originals and the new parts. Force the headset down on the fork with all your weight before tightening the handlebar riser yoke. Tighten the two yoke bolts very tight! The new fork has no internal shaft threads, so it's a good idea to use a star nut and cover/keeper. Force the star nut straight down into the shaft with its bolt, and the attach the cap to the star nut with the same bolt. MAKE SURE THAT NOTHING IS LOOSE AND THERE IS NO PLAY IN THE STEERING HEAD!! I also installed the 30.4mm suspension seatpost ASIN B08V5616FQ. Now my Jupiter Defiant is just as badass as before but much more comfortable! Enjoy!!!

I installed this fork on a RadRunner 1 to gain a front suspension. I have never replaced a fork before, so it took me a couple of hours. My wife owns the RadRunner Plus and this fork appears to be identical to hers. In addition to the fork, there are a couple of things you will need. First, get a 1 1/8 headset kit. Specifically, you will need a new star nut and some spacers. If you don't get the spacers you will need to cut down the steerer tube. Second, you will need a different spacer for the brakes. The one used on the RadRunner Plus is a Tektro Aries A-M180-1 and it works perfectly here. You will also need a couple of longer M6 bolts to accomodate the larger spacer. That's it! A couple of notes... the stock brake cable does not need to be replaced as it is long enough. The original fork that was removed has a crown race located at the bottom of the stem that needs to be removed and installed on the new fork. I tapped mine off with a screwdriver and hammer, then cut it with a dremel to create a split ring before installing it on the new fork. You can probably just buy a replacement, if you don't want to bother with reusing this part. Prior to installing this fork, the center-mounted kickstand would lift the front tire off the ground. After installing this fork, both tires and the kickstand are level, so this was an unexpected bonus. Overall, the install was easier than expected. Most of the time spent was with teardown and cable management. The new fork seems well made and works as expected, but I have not used it a lot yet. I will post an update if I notice anything. I hope that this helps and encourages someone!
