Cold Air Intake Kit
A cold air intake upgrade can boost a vehicle's horsepower and improve gas mileage. Cold air intakes help a vehicle's responsiveness by carrying a larger volume of denser air to the engine, allowing it to reach its intended speed more rapidly.
Dry Air Filter
Most new design are now dry filter instead of oil filter. Our filter do not require oil, it is reusable and washable. You can wash it with soap and water, rinse it until it is all dry up and use it again. We recommend you to check every 5,000 miles to see if it needs to be wash / clean.

Increases when engine absorbs cold air by passing through aluminum pipe to extract the heat to improves throttle response & more horsepower.

Installation
Heat shield intakes are very easy to install on your vehicle. A typical intake installation can be done with a screwdriver, pliers and a ratchet-set within 90 minutes or less. But of course if you are not sure of how to DIY, we do recommend that you take it to a professional to install.

2003 Ford Focus 2.0L. For the price I knew what I was getting into and didn't expect AEM, K&N type quality. Here are some issues I had. The mounting/support brackets did not line up to mounting points on the car. Tubing was bent on the openings (very soft metal), missing one hose clamp. The mass air flow sensor location was closer to the throttle body so I had to remove the wire loom and tape protecting the wiring harness to get enough slack to plug it back in. You get what you pay for. I knew going into this that it would most likely be this way. So if you want something to play with and don't expect much and have some mechanical skills you can have some fun modifying this attempt at a cold air intake. ENJOY

I bought this for my 2004 Focus even though it says it's only compatible with 00-03 and it fit. I saw reviews that said the rubber provided is low quality so I bought some higher quality replacements (3" to 2.5" elbow and a 2.5" straight coupler) and I had to buy an extra hose clamp because it doesn't include one big enought for the 3".I bought this expecting to need to do some DIY and it worked out great. Throttle sounds meaner and is getting a little extra power
