On the plus side these applied very easy to the backside of the new area carpet used on a living room hardwood floor. I have two Golden Pups that scamper everywhere and had hoped it would help the rug stay in place far better during playtime. Ehhhh not at all! Doesn't help with the sliding at all but does hold the corners flatter. Can't recommend.
