Great construction and comes with mounting screws. It doesn't fit Baofeng handhelds such as the UV-5R or F8HP, though. The slots are just barely too far apart. I'm just going to drill out the extra 2mm needed to catch the clip.

In the attached image, the radio and hand mic mount is behind the radio, a Baofeng AR-152 in a MOLLE pouch with a retro-looking SINCGARS-style microphone. Yes, this mount works very well for products besides the UV-5R- even though it is superb for that application! The mount is black crinkle-coated steel- can't fault the manufacturer for inadequate construction. I could quibble about the price for what is essentially a bent piece of steel, but I can't cry all that hard because it works very, very well. The installation was a breeze. Just line it up on the dash, and run two screws into it. Done. This product does not flex and has worked flawlessly for me in an off-road application. Worth it!
