This product should have been about 30$ at lost , the instructions are confusing , and if you screw the product tight enough to be secure to the jeep it cracks. Also just a install tip … do not use the provided spacers , they do nothing but make it uneven and thats how mine cracked . I read other reviews that complained this is for a two door jeep… thats correct it clearly states that this product is for a two door jeep so im not sure how they thought it was for a four door.

I ordered what I thought was for a JKU (4) DOOR. What I got was for a JK (2) DOOR... Can't hardly use it now. And I don't see a place on here to return it.

Looks good, instructions could be clearer, I don't like that there is a gap where water, snow or salt could sit in between cover and paint and create rust because the piece is not flush with the Jeep.Looks good now, but gonna keep a close eye on the water catcher I just created and possibly remove.

For $70, your half way there to Smittybilt XRC Body Cladding, which is 1/8" steel covering almost 12" of body. They are made of Plastic, and are basically useless on the trail if something does pop up and hit you. They will however prevent scratches from normal road debris. They'd be good for city folks that need to drive around town I guess. I wouldn't recommend them for off-road applications, or if you just don't have the cash, they'll work better than nothing. I'd think they'd be more like $50 though after already buying them and giving them away.

I cannot give it 5 stars: the kit that it came in was for a 4 door, and this part is for a 2 door.
