I ordered these for my 79 CJ7 to replace the high back buckets & everything lined up perfectly. I like how it has opened up the jeep. They do sit a little higher than the oldSeats but I can see better.

I've bought 2 of these seats, one at a time as my budget allowed. The first seat arrived without the metric bolts needed to mount the seat.The second seat arrived stained in the undamaged box. It had to leave the manufacturer in this condition. Neither seat has been installed yet but the holes line up so I'm not worried about that.My camera didn't record the true color, not even the same in both pictures. Seat was returned.Edit: the replacement seat came with a hole in the vinyl back. It was refused. Replacement seat for that got . sent to Q&A at Fedex. Still waiting for it to be delivered.

Prompt shipping. Not a high-end seat but should work in my old jeep. Seems like stitching is ready to come apart and its brand new. Time will tell.

For the money, this seat is great. Very solid and bolted easily to brackets (both driver and passengers side) on my 83 Scrambler. Why not 5 stars?...here's why, there was a comment about these seats riding a little higher than the originals, that was bit understated. After I got the driver's seat in, my head rubbed on the bimini top, my thighs were within a half inch of the steering wheel, and the seat belt barely had enough slack. A diet could fix the seat belt issue, but it won't fix the head room. I'm a hair under 6'2" tall so I'm not exactly freakishly tall. I ended up spending most of my Saturday modifying the driver side stationary brackets to lower the seat 2 1/2 inches. Fits great now. Passenger seat is still pretty tall. Should be fine for my wife and 3 daughters. My tall hunting buddies will have to suffer through the head rub. Since the passenger side bracket flips forward, there is no way I'm gonna attempt to modify it. But the seats are very nice!

Arrived on time and in great shape. Installed with a snap. Seats are very hard as in very firm. We'll built though.

Great seat for your Jeep. It is springy which helps with the ride. I put these in my YJ and they were a bit taller than the originals which made me ride a bit higher in the seat. They did bolt right on to the stock brackets and they are Tan ,not Spice. I wanted the low backs in my off road Jeep
