I love the dainty size and flat profile on the top. Gold color is antique too which is perfect. Only issue is that sometimes the twist can turn and the end of the ring sticks out of my nostril. It takes some time to twist it into place where it doesn’t budge.Great value for the price

I must be the king of losing jewelry. I opted for the J-bends and got 18g hoping I would be able to keep these in. Lost them within a week. They were nice while they lasted!

I have both sides of my nose pierced, and have for the past 20 years. Sometimes, I wash my face really hard and then a little while later I'll notice that I've lost one of my nose screws! These are always great to have on hand, they are surgical grade and have never, ever bothered my skin, they look cute, stay flush to my nostril, and are at an amazing price point that comes in a pair. A must-have.

Black is now my new favorite color. I have a professional job and didn't want to take it out so I decided to try black and love it. The quality is great. I don't have to worry about it falling out when I sleep.

I decided to try these out since the original jewelry I was pierced with was too long and kept moving which cause irritation. I bought the rose gold, but honestly they just look golden. They're short enough to where they're not moving around and this means no irritation! They're small and subtle and perfect for when you want to keep your piercings, but want to keep it simple.

I purchased the three pack (silver, gold, rose gold) nose screws primarily for the silver one as I wanted to replace an internal threaded nose ring also made of surgical steel. The nose screws are much easier to put in/take out than internal threaded nose rings. I've worn my original surgical steel nose ring for 4+ months with no issues. After wearing the silver nose ring in this pack for 24 hours, my piercing was severely infected and burning. By the end of the day, my nose was SO swollen. I was forced to replace it with my old nose ring, which was very painful and almost impossible given the level of swelling. At this point, I'm just hoping I get to keep my piercing.

These are what you expect them to be - there are no surprises. Correct sizing, easy to put on, nice coloring. The stud top is a bit small for my taste, but they look true to the picture. I got what I expected to get! Nice price for 6 studs.
