Bought this to replace the main door pin with the spring and the pin does not fit a 1990 C1500 according to the description supposed to fit all C 1500 2500 and 3500

The hinge rebuild kit is average as far as the bushings and pins are concerned. The bushings may even be a little sub par but a overnight soak in a thin oil will help with them. Where this kit shines is with the included spring tool. Without it, it is a dangerous fight to set that spring in place. With it, it is still dangerous with less fight. The price is probably a little on the high side, even for including the tool. Even though this kit is worth the cost, if you keep looking be sure to get a kit with the spring tool.Not a bad kit, border line worth the cost.
