I bought this for cross country skiing when it's really cold, and the other day I was out for over an hour in 5F (with -15F windchill) and this worked amazing: no fogging at all on my goggles as it successfully redirected the hot air away from them, definitely a game changer compared to balaclavas etc. which instead caused nearly immediate fogging.

I use it for winter cycling. Really helps keep my glasses fog free. Item isn't very well make and usually last only a season or two 5 stars if the metal snaps wouldn'tpull throughthe materal.

At first I tried to hide it under a balaclava, it restricted my breathing. It was ok after few adjustments but I think a larger whole where the mouth and nose are. It had a Ton of moisture but that might be inevitable. My sunglasses got fogged lightly but I could still see when breathing extremely heavy when stopped. I think it's the best thing I tried so far..

My husband wanted something to wear while hunting and cutting wood in the winter to keep warm, but to keep his glasses from fogging up. This works (I used it) but...it runs really small. I am going to extend the strap with some heavy duty elastic and velcro to make it more comfortable for him.
