When I ordered this product in June 2024. The four packets were completely dried out. Wasn't able to use at all.

Dryed Pads in sealed package (leached out/ poor package production). I received double package and upon opening application pads were dryed out. This is second time I've ordered this product and received dryed out pads. This product has had this trouble since Rust-o-leum bought product line from New Wipe and changed formula. There may be a way to rejuvenate dryed pads but no info is provided by manufacturer to do this. Don't waste your cash. Oh, the current seller does not offer refunds on this defective product.

This is not the first time I received these completely dried out and unusable. This is actually the third time. Extremely bad packaging I assume, if 8 out of 8 are unusable. Do not buy these. These are non returnable items and you have to deal with the manufacturer. What a rip off.

The product is easy to use with excellent long lasting results. Restore the exterior black plastic trim on my 2020 Toyota 4runner to new condition. It was full and grayish before but not it it deep black and shiny again. Makes washing the car much easier especially on the platic trim on the fron of the car that gets the bugs and road grime. Best product out there for plastic trim, I have been using it for years

Yes, read reviews but this stuff works and lasts for 2-3 years on my Avalanche with cladding. You know these trucks it takes more than a couple wipes to complete. Took chance at least one cloth in this last purchase would be good-no go. Don't buy, majority dried out and this was my 3rd purchase. Other 2 purchases had some dried out but enough to almost finish. Wherever they have this stuff stored sucks or they bought it bad to start with and it is probably all ruined. Guess I'll try another product cause I cannot find this stuff anywhere but Amazon.

This is a great product when it works. This is easy to apply, just wipe it on, however, each wipe is quite small. There are four (4) wipes per box, however, my experience has been three (3) work and one (1) is hard as a brick (see picture). That is 20% product failure. The last box I opened had two that worked and two rock-hard, that's 50% failure. These are not packing issues as each is packed airtight, like a little balloon. So it is not that the package that failed, the product failed. Where is the quality control? I would be out of business if I failed 20% of the time.

The 2 packages I ordered arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately, they were unusable due to the fact that they were completely dried out. This is the 1st time that it has happened to us. It’s a great product, but very disappointed this time.
