The stones are very low quality. Rutile was not visible without magnifying glass in 6 out of 10 pieces, barely visible in 4 of those and 2 there was no rutile visible at all WITH a magnifying glass.

I have to admit that I was disappointed at first. I took a closer look in the sun and found a couple of the rutilated quartz to include a beautiful blue speckle of something. I am still not sure what however they all are loaded with sparkling rutile that looks very much like stars dramatically shooting through the galaxy. These stones will grow on you. And I love the the two that have the blue sparkling substance adding to the star system appearance.

It was small as stated 20-25 mm. Pricy for such small crystals. Delivery was timely. Overall the Gold Rutilation is always beautiful. Keep up the ethical business. Thanks. Take care.

Beautiful crystals with colours that vary from transparent to reddish to dark gray. The rutiles in all the stones are prominent. Packaged well for their trip across the Atlantic and arrived at my door in Canada a week early.
