It is time to replace the rear sprocket on your ct 200 mini dirt bike. Our sprockets made of hardened steel. The center hub is 40 millimeters spacing from edge to edge. Just confirm with your bike that you have 80 from center to center and 40 for the center hub.
They’ve both made of hard steel and both come with a set of military or army green flange bolts. These bolts are corrosion resistant and the nut is self locking. So all you need to install easy

Installed on my coleman bt200x and made a big difference on low end power and take off. Wheelie machine! However the diameter of the hub bore and bolt holes are slightly too big causing the sprocket to have a bit of run out. If you run your chain too tight it can cause the chain to get tighter or looser. I ended up making a shim out of a pop can to go between the hub and sprocket bore and that took care of the problem.

Far more torque, less wear on the torque converter and belt. Still too fast for the average person but perfect for me!

Got this as a spare for our mini bikes (Coleman BT200X and CT200U-EX). It looks very close to the factory sprocket. We haven't measured the size just yet, but it looks to be the same when holding it close to the one mounted on the bikes.

It fits perfect on my Coleman Ct200u and was a good upgrade from the 50 tooth sprocket.
