I wanted something inexpensive to cover an RV ac unit I'm not using. I bought it with a mini split later installed and use that ac. But, the heat here in FL was coming in the unit from the Top ac piece so this should cut out much of the summer heat seaping in. The material is quite thin so we will see if it's durable enough for the FL sun. I ll come back after this summer & tell you. For now it looks durable enough and has the draw string. I have a large Luxury RV so I opted for a large size than gave it be too small.

Ordered this to help protect the ac unit on our cargo trailer. It is a plastic sort of material. Almost reminds me of a barber shop cape. It has a draw string to help tighten it around the unit. So far I haven’t had issues with it coming off. But we also only drive in town with it so low speed limit speeds. Can’t comment on how durable or well it stays on in higher speeds. So far it’s covering which at least it’s blocking from the sun damage. Hopefully this helps long term. Curious to see how long it holds up.

This cover is thinner than I expected. There are only 2 drawstrings on the same side. I don’t know why there are not 4 drawstrings, one for each corner. But that would make too much sense. Also, like 90 percent of the products on Amazon, it had a “made in china” sticker. I wish I spent a bit more money for a better product, and one made in USA.

I love the straps that allow just a bit more tightening around the bottom. I ordered 2 and they came together VERY quickly. I’ll update this spring after seeing how they hold up over the central Utah winter.
