Everything but one little grommet was in the package though customer service was extremely helpful and sent out the missing piece right away even gave me $40 back. They also sent me instructions as the container didn't come with instructions on installing. Nonetheless it's been a really good window great for getting that cross breeze with that screen and the double pane window is great for keeping the humidity out precipitation as well. The blackout shade is fantastic it totally doesn't allow any sunlight through or peeking eyes.
