This is similar to most skylights that are built for RV’s when it comes to size and rough opening. I always find it easiest to curb mount skylights so you won’t have any issues with leaks if you put in the proper flashing and sealant.This is polycarbonate, which means it will protect from UVB and UVA rays, but It does this by absorbing said rays which will eventually make the skylight brittle and yellow, if you don’t believe me do a google search.To prevent this add a protective coating once every couple years and you will still get the protection with the degradation, at least not as quickly.Until We Meet Again-Off the Grid Ken
