Just stopped working after a few months of occasional use, very unhappy. I am very disappointed in this product. I might use this product once a week. I purchased it 5 months ago and now it just won't turn on at all. Very disappointed as I generally though Ryobi was a good brand.

This little hand vacuum is perfect for small jobs. Battery life is exceptional and its easy to empty. I found a wand that fits it and use it outside on the lanai for little clean ups. I wish Ryobi offered an accessory kit for it as well - as we love Ryobi products -

Package did not include the items listed - no crevice tool or nozzle. Looks like they have not adjusted the post despite telling me they would. Disappointing - I like the product so far, just feel scammed by the dishonest sellers.

The Ryobi 18 cordless hand vac has superior suction compared to other cordless vacs I've owned in the past.The batteries hold a charge quite well.The only drawback is, it is a bit noisy when using it .

I have some Ryobi 18V power tools, which I then have a couple battery packs. When I saw Ryobi had a hand held vac, great idea. It works well and is light weight which makes vacuuming dog hair on the stairs so much easier now. The only thing I wish it did was exhaust air flows out towards the back instead of the side, which can cause the dog hair on the stairs to fly up in the air, but I can work with that. Great to use for quick spot cleanup in the car. At first I thought that the small light battery pack that comes with the vac would be useless BUT for what I use if for it is actually perfect and it keeps the weight down on the vac.

I wish I would of read peoples feedback before buying this. Brought for my husband for an Xmas present and only today went to use it and thought he would give it a charge. Plugged in, a loud bang and tripped the whole house. Dangerous kit and not suitable for the UK. Now hanging to fork out more money to get a placement. Peed off as I'm only 2 days passed being able to get a refund.

The vacuum cleaner came with 110V power supply not suitable for Europe! You will need a current transformer in order to charge it.

Got this for a gift for my wife as we have lots of the other Ryobi +1 tools for the yard. This feels very solid in your hand and has great suction. My only complaint is the small round opening on the end, limits to the width of what you vacuum. Still very powerful and sturdy, would recommend.

Plenty of suction power. Easy to empty. Not expecting a long battery life but it has exceeded all of my needs so far. At first I was put out that it didn't have any attachments until I realized that my vacuum cleaner attachments fit it perfectly -- no need for duplicates. Favorite thing: Unlike most other hand vacs, the battery is replaceable when it wears out (For all the Black & Decker models, the life of the vacuum is determined by the life of the battery)

I LOVE this little vacuum. We first bought one for work and it worked it so well I bought this one for my house. Great product! We’re going to use it it for our car, our couches , the kitchen everywhere we couldn’t get to before.That being said; the seller delivered it a week in advance of Amazons projected date. I bought it “used” so I could save $40 or so dollars. This thing was never used. There’s no way. The only reason it’s classified as used that I can think of , it didn’t come in it’s original box. But VERY happy with seller, the item itself and the overall purchase.
