My Ryobi weedeater has a problem ... Model - RY15527VNMMFG - 311247106RG23443N220The Trimmer Head .... While using the String Line ONE side broke off the opposite side continued to work.On replace String Line Found original broken line was still inside head could not remove broken string line Could not remove Head to remove String Line. Cannot locate repair shop

i love love this weed eater because now i dont have to worrey about mixeing gas and getting the right mixthure . and pluse dont have to worrey about the gas tearing up the carbs , but the bad thing about it the head on it for the string flew off . so it cheap made . . but you can get a new head for it .

I can use all of my old attachments from my gas-powered Ryobi trimmer. I have a big yard and the battery has plenty of life left once I finish. It never gets below half charged. Compared to my old gas-powered trimmer, this one has as much if not more power without primming, mixing gas, pulling the rope to start etc. I love it.

First off, we got the weed trimmer (which is supposed to be brand new) and put it together only to notice that the battery was scuffed up and obviously used. It was completely dead. We ordered a new battery in the meantime. We charged up the battery and put it on the trimmer. It doesn't work. We checked the new battery on another ryobi item we have and it works so I know the trimmer is defective. So all and all we got a used, dead battery and a defective trimmer. This has been a monumental waste of time and money. Beware of this seller.

I absolutely love the product and the support is wonderful.First.. this is a long overdue investment for someone who has neck and back issues occasionally. My Toro was so heavy and cumbersome and hard to trim and edge over an acre of yard without feeling it all week.Because of the weight and ease of use, plus the power it has to not have to re-run the trimmer for missed spots etc, It's really helped me out from a health stand point, let alne the time save.I highly recommend.Lastly, there was a small issue.. the charge cable it came with had a missing prong.. and I had no way to charge the battery. IMPORTANT: That all being said.. I reached out to the support team via amazon (on n a SUNDAY) and they responded back almost instantly with a confirmation of the issue, then a resolution extremely fast. I will absolutely work with this 'store' and look at their products for an future purchases.DO IT... and via this store.. it was absolute worth it!

It is a it longer but better balanced. It has a powerful motor and one can cut through some very tough growth. I am comparing this machine to my previous RYOBI which I used for 10 years. I am very satisfied.

Powerful trimmer for a battery-operated machine. It is a bit heavy due to the larger battery but that is what I wanted. I also needed a longer one to get down in the ditch and this works well.
