Easy to install, very intuitive. Cut great, no oil to mess with which I like. But you have to constantly adjusting the chain, it came loose while cutting branches. Just something you have to get use to. My gas pole saw doesn't have the chain loose issue, but it weights a ton when fully extended, LOL.

The cover for the chain could be a little better design, like the one they have on the small chainsaw. Otherwise a great product

This is not the oil free version like it says, also the package received was obviously opened before. Will be returning this. Would have saved a lot of time if I had read the other reviews but lesson learned..

The saw is powerful enough at cutting limbs up to 6" thick. The handle makes it much easier than using a ladder. Great product
