This S3213 filter kit comes with enough fittings to get you up and running. As usual with these critical marine fittings, it's best to keep the NPT fittings on hand to make sure the threads are perfectly straight and clean and using some PTFE. It's the larger universal marine fuel filter assembly out of the two most common ones. The housing hat is cast, so it can take a little more rigid mounting.It's pretty easy to use - just connect the proper fittings or swap them out to compatible size barb - NPT fittings. The emptying twist release works properly. Haven't had a large enough build-up to see if it has any flow issues. Overall, worked for me as a new install on an old restoration retrofit.

I installed this on my Mercruiser boat. It does a good job getting the water out of the fuel. When installing this unit there were several configurations available for fuel line routing. The hose barbs are supplied so you will just need to put it together. I will update as time goes.
