So much better than a typical flat keyboard. It takes some getting used to, but doesn't take long! Much easier on hands!

Update: seller replaced the keyboard and the keys on the replacement work perfectly. I love the soft wrist pad and the quietness of the keys. 5 stars!Comfortable keyboard. Would get 5 stars if the keys worked better. I have to press some of them pretty hard to get them to work. Not good when the keyboard was purchased for work 😕

I've been using this keyboard for about a week now and have been mostly happy with it. The keys don't make a lot of noise, though there is some clicking if you type fast. The keys press easily and it's comfortable to type on. I like that it includes a wrist pad at the bottom that is soft but doesn't compress down to nothing. Having the multi-media keys across the top is also a feature I've grown to love and can't live without. As for the negatives, I have been struggling with a couple things. Overall the layout of some of the keys seem too close together for me. The cues of some open space between sets of keys that I've used in the past for figuring out where the Delete key and the arrow keys are just not there with this keyboard, so I find that I end up having to look down to see where those keys are. It makes for an attractive looking keyboard, but I would have preferred it to be slightly wider and have more space around those keys. Also the "PrtSc" button is right above the Backspace key and I've been accidently hitting it when I go to use the Backspace key. When that button is pressed it grays out the screen and opens a small window with options for capturing part of the screen. That's a nice feature but it's a pain when it keeps happening accidently. The only way to get out of that mode that I've found is to hit the Esc key but then that sometimes has an effect on what you're doing on the computer. So not idea. I'm going to look around and see if there's a way to change what that key does or if I can just disable it. But overall it feels like a nice quality keyboard.

Back in the day, my first computer was a Mac. I liked it, but hated the janky keyboard. Eventually, I replaced it with a homebrew PC. Part of that setup was an old school Microsoft Ergonomic Keyboard. That keyboard was wonderful. The scoops your hand rested in were deep and after a few weeks, typing became effortless. I loved it. Fast forward about a decade, and I replaced my PC with a new Mac. I never really liked the Apple Wireless Keyboard or Mouse it came with, but the old Microsoft wasn't compatible (wasn't USB). Since then I've always wanted a wireless ergonomic keyboard I could use on my Mac, one with a number pad which i dearly missed on the Apple keyboard. When I saw this SABLUTE keyboard, I figured 'Why not?'. I'm glad I did... for the most part.Out of the box it's a substantial keyboard, not some thin plastic piece of junk (I've had those and they stink). The shape is familiar and having a keypad again is a joy. The wrist support is surprisingly supple, firm but comfortable. Better even than my old Microsoft, which had a hard plastic support (in almost the exact same shape). The keys are soft touch, yet have decent travel (unlike the Apple keyboard) which I really like, though I really love the click of mechanical keyboards. The programmable function keys are a bonus. Being able to program tasks I do repeatedly is so nice. I connected it to my Mac using the wireless USB-A dongle, which works perfectly. In fact, it connects more reliably than my Apple Wireless Trackpad. The keyboard also comes with a USB-C adapter, if your device lacks the old-school USB-A.Now for the two negatives about this keyboard. I wish the scooping for the keys was deeper, like my old Microsoft. It's better than a flat keyboard, but it could be so much better if it was deeper. The second and last negative is that I'm finding it hard to re-adapt to an ergonomic keyboard. I'm making a frustrating amount of typing errors compared to the Apple keyboard I've been using for years. I DO NOT blame this on the keyboard, which is doing everything it's supposed to. It's just these hands that just don't work the way they used to. That said, my typing is improving with every word I type, so I should be back to 40-50 WPM in no time. Conclusion: well made, works great, comfortable. Would definitely get again.
