I only recently received two of these cards, and I am using them in my recently purchased Z8. (The camera and cards arrived on the same day.) So far, they are doing what is expected of them with no issues. I cannot say that they are faster or slower than any other cards, as they are the only CFexpress cards that I now own. I got them because they seemed to be in the middle of the high-end and low-end cards in terms of price, and for the speed, well, it works, and I have not noticed any delays in writing data to the card that is limiting the camera, so I am happy with them. They are well packaged and look and feel very premium.

First, gripe is the packaging. Come on, there could have been a hundred of these in the box it was shipped in. The package itself is streamlined and minimal, but the box it was shipped in? Anyway, the card itself is awesome. The aluminum container is terrific. The card appears to be well built. I formares it in camera which took less than 2 seconds, then I fired off at 120 frames a second 400 or so images. Zero lag. Zero buffer. It was just hungry for more. Terrific. I then ingested those images into my computer and it flew. Then I deleted the images and reformatted it. It is way faster than any other memory card I own. I took a pic of a few. Terrific Excited.

This is the best bang for buck cfexpress B card. I’m using it in a Nikon Z8. I shoot sports as well both RAW and jpeg, but I shoot compressed formats. So far so good. Transfers are so fast compared to my XQD card. I have the 512 card and I can fit about 7 thousand photos on it. Overkill for me. But nice to have that space, not sure for video. Give this card a serious consideration if you don’t need the best of the best.

I have been using Sabrent Rocket.4 ssd on my computer for over 3 years without any issues. Based on that experience I purchased the Sabrent Rocket CFX PRO 512GB CFexpress type B Memory Card to use with a new Nikon Z8 mirrorless camera to shoot 8k video and also keep up with the speed of the camera capability of a 120 photos per second. The card is very favorably price compared to a brand of CFexpress cards I have used up to now in my other Nikon camera's and so far performs flawlessly. I expect this card to be just as reliable as ssd cards I am using in my computer.

Bursts were averaging 120-130 photos, or 6 seconds of continuous 20fps RAW shooting. Buffer cleared in 1.5-2 seconds. Some other brands can MAYBE record longer without a hot card warning, but the warning never interrupted me anyways.

If you’re truly serious about capturing memorable moments in high resolution 4k – 8k video a CFX PRO Type B memory card. When it comes to endurance, performance in combination with massive storage capacity they are hands down the best storage solution available for professional photographers and inspiring videographers. What impressed me most when using this SABRENT Rocket brand is that I’m able to shoot video continuously in high resolution 8k for long periods and data written to the card is flawless. No sticking, skipping or glitchy artifacts when reviewing the content. Amazing how sustained writes of up to 1,300 MB can make such a huge difference in performance.Do understand that you can find other brands of CFX Pro memory cars on Amazon for 1/3 the cost of this one being offered by SABRENT. Think of it this way. Son’s middle school graduation ceremony, teenage daughter’s senior prom, your newborn baby’s first Christmas…are moments you’ll cherish forever. Don’t place priceless memories like these in the hands of cheap storage media. They may work great initially, but how about 10, 20, 30 years down the road?Spending a few dollars more for a lifetime of reliability is worth it! That's what Sabrent gives you.

This was my first time purchasing a CFX card as I’d just gotten the R5. After shooting a few hours total of 4K high frame rate video, I can say that the card keeps up with the camera and I’ve had no issues with overheating. I also bought a Sabrent card reader and it transfers very quickly. Overall, I’m glad I purchased this card over the V1 card and certainly more than other brand cards that are twice as much.

I wanted the largest, fastest, reliable storage for my R5C. This is it. Combined with a tbunderbolt card reader, I can edit 8k raw directly from the card, which is much easier than transferring to my computer. This card supports every flavor of recording options on the R5C. I’ve had no overheat issues, the card has not failed, and the speed seems consistent, mitigating against dropped frames. Using BMD speed test with my thunderbolt reader, I can confirm the card has approximately 1500 MB/s sustained write, and 1700 MB/s sustained read. Overkill I’m sure for current recording options in cameras, but that will probably change in a year or two.The card is very expensive, but I think it’s worth the investment if you intend on using fast bitrate cameras in the future.
