This softball training ball looks exactly like the real thing. It’s got some give in the outer material. It’s got some bounce to it so if it hits your kid, it’s not going to hurt as bad as a real ball, but it’s just as big as a regular softball and has the weight of a regular softball.

For what I got these for they are more than adequate, mainly to throw with my wife without her being terrified. However hitting theses would be interesting, they have a lot of give and a lot of bounce so it wouldn't be good for practice, just know what you are getting and don't be surprised 😯

Bought these so my granddaughter could pitch against our brick wall at the house when she need to practice. Great material. Holds up against repeated use. Would buy again
