The miniatures in this set are all blank and you affix the stickers to the white plastic signs and cones yourself, it is a great fine motor skills activity for little ones and they then have a cool set of signs to use with their figurines. I got this for my 7 year old and she had no problems putting them together. The plastic is very lightweight and feels a little cheap, but the real value is in the stoplights, there are 2 of them and they light up and make noise and are pretty cool, you can toggle the sound off on them, but they are sturdy pieces. Overall, this is a large amount of pieces for under $14.

These are absolutely not for children. 90% of them broke within one day of playing with them. Terrible quality. The only reason you should buy these are if you plan on putting them in a model and never touch them.
