Installation Steps

  • Step 1:Loosen the threaded collars on both ends of the spa chlorine water generator and remove the old one from the pipe.
  • Step 2: Disconnect the battery cable from the control panel.
  • Step 3: Inspect the O-rings on the pipe joints and replace them before installing the new spa chlorine water generator if damaged or badly worn.
  • Step 4: Place the new chlorine water generator between the pipe joints.
  • Step 5: Tighten the two threaded collars.
  • Step 6; Plug the battery cable into the control panel.
  • Step 7: Turn on the power switch to restore power to both the pump and the filter, then follow the instructions in the product manual.

Warm tips

  • Note: Please check the part number before purchasing to make sure it fits your salt system.
  • Note: Do not use mineral salt, it is recommended to use table salt, softener salt granules, sun-dried salt blocks, water treatment salt and seawater.
  • Note: Powdered salt is easily dissolved in pool water. Granular and block salt is placed near the bottom drain, the pool water circulates in the bottom drain, and the dissolved salt is evenly distributed in the water in terms of salt amount.
  • Note: It is not recommended to put in excessive salt (more than 6000ppm), which will corrode other equipment and even stainless steel.
