I use these to hold up a 2 X 4 frame covered with outdoor fabric for shade on the front of my bus. Works great even left up outside. Great product.

Light weight, strong, easily adjusted, great price. In Florida storms roll in fast. These adjust quickly even as wind changes direction.

I bought these tent poles for camping because they were more affordable than others. However, I was disappointed to discover that the twist connectors are made of cheap plastic that cracks easily under pressure. While we managed to use them by being extra careful, they’re not built for durability or repeated use.

These poles are just what I need to make an awning with an already purchased tarp. they're not quite as heavy duty as I'd like, but for the price they do a good job. Carry case came in ripped, but some duct tape fixed that.

These aren’t the best poles out there but they are good for the price. They were perfect to make a quick and cheap canopy with a tarp. The twist lock collars can stick making them hard to turn. If they get rained on they will fill with water. I had to drill a hole in the bottom cap to make sure they drain.

These telescoping tent/tarp poles are stout and durable, easy to use. I like the design as it gives you more than one option to use. Carry them on the outside of my pack in the trek pole loops. Use them on the OneTigris Tangram backpacking tent (nice tent) and it creates a great shelter for all seasons. All in all, a good choice for minimalist shelter, though heavier than expected (just under 3 feet and 3 pounds). You would need to buy poles made from carbon fiber to go lighter in weight which are likely more expensive.
