For some reason, it will short out in the middle position randomly. Just the middle position. I’m sure I can figure out why and fix it, but I shouldn’t have to.

Nice switch for a nice price. Much better than the one my guitar came with. My only gripe is the tip. It's pretty big which feels like it's standard size for a strat. However, I like smaller ones. So it's personal preference. The size of the tip does not affect the use or playability of course

I did not expect much because of the price being low. It is a very heavy duty switch. The metal was stronger then expected. I was concerned it would not come with screws because none were shown in the pics But it did. I did not give 5 stars because the plastic end is a bit bigger than a stock Strat end. If this bothers you than you could file off a little metal use your original plastic end.
