Mine didn’t come with instructions. I ran a walnut board and fixed it to the headers to allow space for the trim. Looks great and for the price this door is the best out there.

It’s impossible to find another option this big (42” x 96”), so don’t waste your time elsewhere if it’s that large. The slab is super solid, heavy, and a nice smooth white finish. Comes with everything you need except the handle and a top plate (to stabilize against studs and space it out from molding). The rail is quiet and it blocks sound well. Its gotten compliments from visitors. I highly recommend it.

The door itself is nice, the hardware is sturdy. The installation instructions are confusing and incomplete. The included guide for the floor requires that you router a groove in the bottom of the door, after removing 4 4inch screws...when contacted about concerns, representative said they were just installed for shipping, fine to remove. 4 inch screws? My licensed contractor spent 5 hours on the install, with much cursing. Not worth the price for the trouble.

You have to be a pretty good woodworker to install this door - it is not for beginners. Also, the dimensions given for the hole pattern for the brackets that hold the door on the rail are incorrect and off by about 1/8".

Make sure you measure your opening correctly before ordering. I had to lower my opening to fit my door. Because I am a moron.
