These are awesome. I run sprints and do pole vaulting, and these shoes definitely had me running faster. They feel so lightweight on your feet so you don’t feel weighed down by anything, not to mention they’re sleek and have a clean design. Worth!

I got these for my daughter for track/sprinting. They made a big difference in her times so she was happy, and the price point was right in case she continues to grow and needs a new size in the future!Spikes are long enough to make a difference but not so sharp that they are dangerous. Would definitely purchase Saucony again.

These have been great spikes for my daughter's cross country season. Went through the entire season with no issues. The only problem I have is finding good quality replacement spikes for the shoes.

My daughter is 13 and just finished her first xc season. These shoes were a great purchase. Once we got them she wore them for every race. Her pb increased by 2min with these Spikes are easy to take in and out and care for. Looking forward to future xc with these.

My daughter got these for cross country this year. They are pretty great. They do not come with blanks for the spikes, so that is a bummer. But they are just as light weight as they advertise. Comfortable, spikes.
