I'm not sure this is 100% real wool. The material doesn't feel like other wool products I have.The hat is a bit big for my head, maybe that's why I didn't feel like it did much regulating during my time in the sauna.Does a fine job collecting water.

This felt sauna hat is big enough for my head and is comfortable. It works well to protect my hair from the heat, and getting it wet makes being in the sauna more tolerable. It is not real wool, so I can't give it 5 stars, but if you don't sauna all the time, it will do.
