The batteries don't last all night so they have to be charged every day but the warmth is wonderful and for people who have neuropathy it is like heaven.

Took awhile to feel the heat , then was comfortable, had extra socks over top which made to tight in boots, need to leave out or a thin pair

socks are ok made, the wires are not noticeable however didn't get above 35 deg C and the inner and out layer in the toe bunches up. This is my 3 rd pair of crappy Amazon ski socks from 3 different manufacturers all were either defective, didn't fit well or didn't get warm enough. save more money and buy heated ski socks from a ski shop, they will cost 4 times as much but you will have warm comfortable feet.

When I ordered these heated socks the description said they were in "new" condition. When I received them the box seal was broken and looking at the socks they had hair all over them..animal or human?Disgusting!

I try to setup Bluetooth and able to do for just right foot but I had very difficult for my left foot socks.Don't know why so I will try to ask for help. I have other socks so I am ok now.

I bought these socks after a lot of research and was really excited about them. I love the packaging. I love the design I love that it works with an app so you don’t have to go digging around when you want to change the temperature but unfortunately I had to return them because they are very tight on the calves. Bummed ,That was the only problem, and I don’t have big calves. Hope they can solve this issue for the future.

One of the socks turned itself off during a day of skiing. The battery level was fine. I contacted the supplier about the problem asking how to get a replacement. No response. If you buy these, then expect no support WHEN something goes wrong. They would be great if they worked, but they don't and the supplier doesn't care.

Max heat setting after 30 minutes is barely detectable inside a warm house. So I don't see how this can help with downhill skiing. Also, the heat is only around the toes. There's none on the sole of the feet. Otherwise the sock fits well, the batteries charge normally, the phone app works fine, and the slender batteries do not feel bulky. I will return these and try another, more expensive brand.
