This recovery shirt is very well made with durable fabric that prevents my dog from scratching or licking her sides (where she has stitches). It performs well and does what it is supposed to do.

If your dog has a low leg or paw wound, this product is not long enough to reach that wound. I ordered a double XL and it was still too short to cover the wound to keep my dog from licking it.

This Dog Surgery Recovery Sleeve for Front Left Right Legs is a LIFESAVER! Our girl HATES wearing a cone. She can eventually get out of even the most Fort Knox type set up of keeping the cone on. She had a mass removed from her forearm...right in the prime licking/chewing zone. We fought the cone, bandages (which always come down, even when extremely secured, because she will chew them off), socks, t-shirts, etc. We ordered this and I am so glad we did. She is a pup who loves wearing outfits (jammies, shirts, etc.) so she had absolutely no problem with this shirt. It is very soft and extremely easy to put on. The long legs of the shirt are perfectly sized for dogs, so she doesn't end up stepping on them or trying to pull them up to access her surgical wound. Now, her wound is healing in an open, protected, and more healthy way.

It's sooooo short. I have a GSP puppy so got the medium following the measurements. It likely fits around her torso but there's no way the sleeves fit like the pics to her dog wrists. They barely make it to her elbows. I guess I'd have to get a lg for this to be long enough but then she'd be swimming in it and be able to chew it.

Our puppy had OCD shoulder surgery ….I didn’t like the fabric…way heavy for summer. The shirt seemed very tight. Sleeves didn’t have to be so long…very expensive. Found what we needed at Petco for a mere $9.

Fits my 50lb labradoodle perfectly. Super easy to put on and stayed in very well. Great for after surgery.
