Don't be a bone head like me and weld it down with the internals still in it. Take it apart, weld it, and reassemble. Good quality. Wish the pin was a bit longer.

I used these on a motorcycle stand for the annual dirt bike trip. No complaints, the 1/2 inch version was exactly what I needed. No issues welding them onto 1/8” plate.
