This product is terrible if you need it for any sort of pain support. If you are already experiencing pain, there is no way to actually get this on without significantly increasing your pain just getting into the thing. It might be okay for prevention, can’t speak to that. Good luck getting into it!

I was looking for a good option to hold my shoulders back. I have 16.5" shoulders. It fit my shoulders perfectly, not snugly like I had hoped, but the upper arm is snug. I will try it during activities that try my shoulders. It will not work like I had hoped.

I was looking for something that was more minimalist to stabilize my shoulders as I have shoulder issues. This was the 1st thing I tried.1st off, I don't usually complain about chemical smells of items, but OMG, this was kinda bad, even for me.I'm thin, with shoulders that are neither very broad nor narrow, but this did not fit right. The top of the shoulders didn't lie flat so looked like football gear. It also cut somewhat under the armpit. Somehow, the proportions of this were all off and the material, which I'd hope was like a flexible, yet tight neoprene, was much more stiff. Maybe this works better with someone else's proportions, but it didn't work at all for so I returned it.

It helped me with my shoulder pain but it upset my armpits when it rubbed on my lower arm. I would only wear it with a shirt underneath but it would make me sweat a bit which would mess up my shirt that i was wearing underneath. I wore it to work (I work as a To-Go shopper at a supermarket) and it helped my shoulder pain and I could do my job better. But because it made me sweat on the shirt I wore underneath my work shirt it was slightly frustrating.
