Great book showing all the many tracks you can build. From beginner to huge replica F1 circuits. Includes all the info for pieces of track you’ll need for the build too.

The books seems to be a marketing ploy to sell track. The layouts are huge and require many pieces of track. Quite a few are room size 4 lane layouts. There are some smaller layouts but they are predominantly circular and boring. I feel the book doesn’t have much to offer someone who is not building a expensive, room filling layout. Don’t buy this book if you intend to pack the track up an put it away after a few hours of racing.

The book only does the way they want you to use their track . It gives you ideas about how do you set up a race track their way, I prefer to make a track my way

This product was purchased, along with two other Scalextric books, for our 7 year old grandson to read. He loves the fact that numerous tracks can be created and loves looking at the books in general.
