They came with 3 different sizes. The clear ones are the smallest, the opaque colored ones are medium, and the solid colors are the largest. bars and balls get thicker/bigger as you go up. ALL of the balls are compatible with each bar (so if you want to use the smallest bar with the biggest balls, you definitely can).

They are cute, but as soon as I took one out and carefully unscrewed the ball it crumbled right in my hand and onto the floor before I realized what happened. I tried another one and I'm not even sure I want these in my mouth

I have a 14g in from when I got my snake eye tongue piercing. I ordered a 16g and the bar was too thin and long so I ordered a 14g the bar is still too small but the balls fit onto my original bar so I decided to keep them. They fit perfectly with the original bar and lots of colors so I can change them out!.
