We use these types of gloves all the time in our household, from hair color dye to craft work with paint, resin and other materials we don't want to get in contact with our skin. They're also terrific for keeping in your car and in your first aid kit in case of emergency. Anyway, what sets these apart is how they are longer in the wrists, so they come further up your arm than regular nitrile gloves. That's such a small but great thing, because whether it is hair dye or resin an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure - meaning it's so much easier to protect your skin with these gloves than it is to try and clean up a bunch of messes on your arms afterwards. I mean, they only protect a few inches further than normal gloves but when the gloves creep down, these stay where they are supposed to and it is perfect. Not really sure why all gloves aren't made this way.

Even though I don’t give physical exams (!) I do use these nitrile gloves for many purposes: washing the car, doing dishes, cleaning the bathroom, filling the bird feeders, painting…I could go on and on. These particular gloves seem pretty tough, as I have used a pair for dishwashing five times, and a different pair for washing three cars, and both pairs are holding up well.I especially like the extended cuff feature, which one does not always find. This really helps to keep water (or, I imagine, other liquids one might encounter) from running inside the gloves, which then make them nearly impossible to reuse.Fitwise, I’m usually a medium in these type of gloves. M fits me just fine. Note: I have very short fingers (photo with dark background) and there was plenty of extra room at the fingertips. My son, who is usually a large (with normal-person fingers), tried on a glove (photo with light background) and reported that it fit him as well, albeit a bit tight. So I’d say order the size you usually do.All in all, I am happy with the quality of these gloves and feel the price is reasonable.

This is a great box of (100) Nitrile (is one of the best synthetic rubber materials, and as such is used for many different purposes in many fields) exam gloves. I prefer a larger size glove than one would normally size their hand b/c I like a looser feel and the ease of donning and taking off the hand. These gloves (4 mil. thickness) are very strong and provide the perfect type/amount of protection I'm looking for. I use nitrile gloves for many different types of daily household and DIYer projects. The gloves are made with a slightly longer than normal cuff which has many advantages in protection not to mention making them a little easier to take off your hand. The glove's surface has a nice feel and a good amount of grip even when working with slippery/oily products. I've been using these gloves exclusively since I've received them as they perform/feel better than all of my other nitrile gloves that I've used over the past 10 years.Overall, a great glove that is selling at a very fair price - an easy (5) star product.

As part of my kitchen remodel project, I will be stripping the old paint off of the current cabinet drawers. The easiest way to do this is to use a chemical paint stripper. Paint stripper is very toxic and can easily harm your skin if it splashes on you and the chemical stripper isn't immediately and thoroughly washed off of your skin. Given that, protective gloves such as these Nitrile Gloves becomes a very important piece of safety equipment. These particular gloves have an extended cuff to help protect the part of your arms where the coverage by these gloves end. They are calling this an extended cuff on the box, but the cuff does not fit tight enough around the arm to help hold the glove in place. This means that the extended cuff area sags a bit on the arm, and you end up losing some coverage by the glove. When you are working with toxic chemicals, the coverage area of the gloves is very important. This sag of the extended cuffs does not mean that the gloves shouldn't be used as safety gloves. The gloves can still keep your arms covered and safe from the toxic chemicals, but greater care should be taken when using these gloves. Knowledge is power and the knowledge that the extended cuffs have not been ideally implemented should still provide you with a good safety solution. If used properly, these Nitrile Gloves should be part of a good common sense safety equipment option.

These are nice, thick disposable gloves with an extended cuff. The gloves extend an additional 3 inches past the base of my hand (starting from the top of my wrist) to about midway up the forearm. I ordered the gloves in my normal medium size and they fit true to size. For reference, my palm size is around 7.5 inches, and they weren’t too tight or snug. There was a little excess material at the fingertips, so they should better suit those with longer hands and not those with shorter hands like mine. The only mediocre feature of the gloves was I couldn’t tell these had thickened fingertips, but I didn’t think that was a negative, either, since the gloves felt thicker overall. Pulling them on/off was easy (if they’re completely dry), too, even though they’re powder-free.I honestly don’t know how I didn’t come to order these extended-cuff gloves earlier, because it’s made cleaning the toilet, inside the cat’s litter box and even bathing my dog that much cleaner since the cuff doesn’t keep slipping down, and I can reach in further without getting grossness on my forearms.
