I always lose scissors, if I managed to lose all of these, hopefully it won't take to much to find at least one of them. So far they have cut embroidery floss, heavy (non-corrugated) cardboard, paper, and plastic packaging. It cut all of them with relative ease and smoothness. They feel lightweight, slightly flimsy, but they haven't flexed at all when trying to cut with them. I am impressed, and I plan to give my kids each at least one pair and then save the rest for when they break or get lost, lost is the most likely scenario. Overall, very impressed with them and how sturdy they are and how smooth they cut seemingly everything. Definitely good for an office or school room.

The scissors have a strong plastic handle making them easy to grip. They are mildly stiff but open and close well. They cut through plastic, paper and fabric easily.
