Your cart is empty.Scotch Vinyl Electrical Tape 35 is a US-made, professional-grade, nominal 7-mil (0.178 mm) thick, electrical insulating PVC tape. It is available in 10 fade-resistant colors and composed of an elastic vinyl (PVC) film backing coated on one side with a non-corrosive, rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive. In accordance with NFPA 70, National Electrical Code–where flame, sunlight and cold resistance is required–this adhesive is best used as primary insulation on applications up to 600V at a maximum temperature of 80 °C (176 °F) and minimum temperature of -10 °C (14 °F) on joints and splices in wires and cables. The tape's color-coded system helps identify cables on cell sites, phase coding, motor leads and piping systems to improve safety on industrial, commercial and residential jobs. UL Listed, CSA Listed, and RoHS and Prop 65 compliant, use Scotch Vinyl Electrical Tape 35 for critical indoor and outdoor operations where General Vinyl Electrical tape is not recommended.

Brown is the L1-phase for 480 3-phase identification, and cannot believe no one locally carries brown tape. This is what you need - Scotch 35.

While I didn’t get this in the time frame I needed, I actually have used this product before and my students loved using this on their Harry Potter STEM products. Delivery was not sellers issue. Fantastic transaction, I just had an unforeseen situation that occurred and needed it a few days prior.

I purchased this tape to cover a small hole in the arm of our imitation leather computer chair. Sadly, the tape doesn't stick well. I've had to replace it several times. I'll use it up and then purchase another brand in the future.

I used this vinyl tape to wrap a stainless steel thermos that I wanted to use for hunting. It was too shiny and I couldn't find any paint that would stick without scratching off. The tape wrapped on nicely and almost looked like a giant golf grip, which I liked. It has proven to be durable and even knocks down some of the clanking sounds in my backpack. My only complaint is that the brown color is a little lighter-brown than I expected, especially when you stretch it during application. I'm not really using this for what it's for, so that shouldn't be a knock.

It's cheap electrical tape. It bonds well and comes in numerous colors. It may come apart in water or excessive heat, but again, it's electrical tape. It works great.

Bought the tape for a different purpose than it was made for. It's electrical tape colored brown with much resilience and holding power. I used it to bind together unraveling wicker around the legs of my outdoor furniture. It took on the exact shape, has been holding up well and is almost undetectable against the brown wicker.
