In NO world is this kilt a 32! It’s more like a 26 or actually smaller!!! Horrible! Now there is no time to get a new one for my event! Don’t waste your time with this company!! Also the material is cheap. Almost feels like plastic. Even if it fit it wouldn’t be comfortable!

I wanted a "kilt with storage built-in." There is another name for that, but I believe it is trademarked by a company. That company and others charge at least twice what it costs for this kilt, yet this one is well-made and when you order a particular size, the kilt fits to that size exactly. All the snaps work, pockets are good, color is even, fabric is properly thick. I thought this one had "hardware" that was more reflective/silver (which would have been a good look), but was instead a dull bronze like finish. The look of the snaps is not as nice as I had hoped, but at least everything works.

The kilt is excellently constructed and well made. Very good quality.However, it fits at least a size smaller than expected and, if you are using other pants as a reference, actually do the waist measurement for accuracy. For example: I wear waist size 38 jeans from Old Navy and size 40 dress pants; the kilt is very tight with a 42 waist.

I ordered per my jean size, which fit really loose on me. This was probably 2" tighter than normal (42x30 size)

First off, know your sizing before ordering and review how to size them. Kilts are always a bit hard to size properly, so here is what mine ended up as. I wear a normal 34 waist, and I ordered a 38 after reading reviews- it fits quite nicely even though I’d prefer it to be a bit tighter. The material is very basic and thin, but for the price it will hold up fine I am sure. Very comfortable, opens in the front as they should, nice color and I am quite happy with it. I probably would have ordered a 36 if I had a chance to try it on, but the 38 works great!

Perfect size and length. Stitching is excellent with no loose threads. The material feels like it will last a long time. The pockets are a good size and useful. I love the colour.

You might want to order a size larger...I wear 34waist, but the kilt I received was too tight around waist...waist size is irregular...I'd like to replace or refund this so I can get the right fit...

the kilt is lightweight and comfortable--in my case just a bit snug but but otherwise fits nicely--be exact in your measurement, there is very little "give" in the waistband

Fit is exactly how a kilt is supposed to fit, where it is supposed to be worn. The seller indicates that kilt size does not equal pants size--if you don't know your kilt size, figure out how to measure it. A kilt is worn at the waist, not the hips as modern men's pants are. Like most kilts, the size is adjustable to a degree, but it's not going to fit if you order the wrong size.It's made from a cotton canvas/work pant-type material. The hardware is acceptably durable, but obviously not meant for heavy-duty applications, which isn't a surprise given that the description lists it as casual and for daily wear. . .Considering similar kilts can easily cost twice as much as this, I'd say it's a good value.Time will tell, but I'm satisfied with the purchase.
