The pin is very affordable so it gets a pass from me on some minor annoyances. Namely I wish it was heavier, both so it would hold the kilt flap down better and so it wouldn't be so easy to bend. It does what it's supposed to do, keep your kilt flap from flying up like Marilyn Monroe's famous dress in a stiff breeze. It's lighter than I thought it would be so if I walk too close to a floor mounted fan at work it still flaps up a little, not enough to flash anyone at least. It looks nice, cool details to the sword and harp seal, it is very easy to bend the thin material accidentally. Fortunately it's easy enough to bend back. Overall it's all worth the low price and I use it everyday on all of my kilts

I've purchased many inexpensive kilt pins to present to family members following bagpiping a funeral or memorial service. These pins by far are very well made with plenty of detail. I will certainly purchase more pins from this company.
