This is a great idea. A super organized tray, to put all your miscellaneous stuff. Plenty of slots for knifes, scissors, jigs, and jigheads. A small boxed compartment for a couple bags of whatever. A deep, nice sized cup holder. You can permanently mount it, use a rod holder bracket, or use the included side mount. There are lots of spots for all your goodies, and useful tackle. I will say what did surprise me, was the weight. It's heavy, in a good way.....this isn't going to break what so ever. I was debating for a while, I wish I didn't wait. This is a perfect tray for any kayak, small boat, or any boat really. Get one if you have the space, measure your area first, these things are big !

I was quite surprised when I received this as it's much heavier and sturdier than I had thought. In my head I thought this was going to be relatively flimsy plastic, but this thing is SOLIDLY made. Even when i try to flex it, it doesn't budge!! Can't wait to load it up with goodies on my boat! :)
