I’m 6’, 275. Mostly chest & shoulders with a cornbread belly & this fit good. Might be a little tight if worn with an undershirt. Thick, heavy-duty material that won’t rip easily if I need to restrain a hostile patient. Very pleased with my purchase. I would buy again.

Well made. The fit is just a bit small than what I'm accustomed to with other XL shirts. Still fits, but not as loose as I expected.I also like the ample pockets (as shown in the pics).
