Works fine - long enough to get to the get to the deepest schrader valve in scuba gear, which is what we used it on.

So far I have used this to repair my BC air inflator hose and to deflate my free-diving inner-tube. Makes quick work given the length of the tool. Every other schrader valve tool I have used or looked at buying has been to short. IMO, this is better tool than what one of my local dive shops used. It is now part of my save-a-dive kit.
